You could [If you had the time], browse thru several different foriegn forums to find your own mods and in some cases, Some of those use a point system to award those individuals with certain priviliges , One of them is to be able to download Mods in the form of attachments.

The only way to achieve this, Is to participate actviely in that forum.

You are then awarded points that would raise your privilige level.

It can be frustrating, At one point you start to realize that trying to

achieve a certain forum privilige level to get a specific mod isn't really worth it.
